I purchased a pair of Z-CoiL® Sidewinder sandals from Holly Stone at Spring Action Footwear in Overland Park, KS, and I ended up being one of "those" customers difficult to fit. Holly gave the most exemplary customer service I have received from any retailer I can remember. I spent about two hours in three visits on two separate days to get the fit I desired from the shoe.

Holly allowed me to demo multiple styles and sizes of shoe, two different coil strengths, and multiple coil rotation adjustments on each visit.

I returned the shoe I originally purchased for a different size. I returned that size for the first size I purchased, but Holly went further by re-shaping the shoe mold to conform to my unusually flat and wide feet. The fit is perfect.

I've told everyone who will listen about the shoes and the service. If Z-CoiL Footwear records or extends any reseller awards, you must move Holly Stone at Spring Action Footwear and More to the top of the list.

With all my gratitude, it is a blessing to give and refreshing to receive.
